HOA

What is an HOA?
The Homeowner’s Association (HOA) is the governing group that handles homeowner satisfaction and harmony.
Every homeowner is a member of the HOA and remains a member for the entire time they own their townhome. Each owner is allotted one vote.

The Townhomes at Pine Bluffs is managed by 2 HOAs: A master HOA and a sub HOA. Customer service representatives from the management groups attend meetings, along with homeowners and the governing board of the HOA. Homeowners are notified of all meetings and are encouraged to attend. Each officer of the HOA board serves for one year.

Total HOAs for the community are $298/month.
